Swipe

This painting started in my sketchbook and was drawn from a live model. I then took the collaged sketches and collaged them again. In this work, I am thinking about how I perceive my body in a dating concept. "Swipe" as in thinking of the online dating experience of endless swiping. I feel constant pressure to change myself to fit into others sense of value whether it comes to my hobbies or physical appearance.
